Give up multitasking! Why? You may ask.

Multitasking! Is the performance of more than one task or activity at the same time. To explain it in a simpler way, is like speaking on your phone, while driving. It muddles you up, losing concentration, becoming less efficient, and eventually draining you. Multitasking is a weakness, that is usually practiced, because it is supposed to make you more competitive and get rich quicker. As the old saying goes “TIME IS MONEY “so by taking on more than one task at any one time, you will be able to complete your tasks in a shorter period. Fallacy! You might complete your tasks in less time, but your life will also last less time. Life is to be lived and not just survived. What people do not realize, is that it results in time wasting, due to human context switching, becoming prone to errors, due to insufficient attention being given to one specific thing at a time. Implications of multitasking are that, these are problematic, causing stress, memory impairment on new substance matter, difficulty learning new material, of course shattering your performance, ultimately damaging your brain.
Multitasking is a definite NO! NO! but you must take tasks, by firstly maximizing your focus on the most important and possibly most complicated task, individually and making it almost perfect, as these are your set of steps, enabling you to achieve your set “GOAL”, your stated objective, which should be ultimately the outcome that you strive for. When taking up a task, you must make sure that it aligns directly with your goals. With that in mind, your passion to achieve your goal, simply takes over and turns everything into reality as your tasks begin to come to fruition.
Life and living is a mixed basket, it is definitely not about chasing money, hence practicing exploitation, being greedy, stressing and succumbing to ill health, in other words “SURVIVAL” but yes about knowing how much is enough, realizing your purpose, knowing where you are going, how you are going to get there, hence practicing benevolence, being more generous, staying cool, calm and collected, thus “LIVING” a healthy life, in love peace and harmony.
IT IS NEVER ABOUT THE QUANTITY, BUT ALL ABOUT THE QUALITY. TRY NOT TO BE ONE OF THOSE, THAT “DIED AT THE AGE OF 40 BUT WAS ONLY BURIED AT 80”. MAKES NO SENSE WHATSOEVER. BE WISE, JUST WAKE UP AND START LIVING. OUR WORLD IS A MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO ENJOY OUR LIFE.
